I was thinking...

If God, in His sovereignty, CHOSE TO:


reconcile the world to Himself,
make a way for us to be redeemed,
love His creation, knowing all - before all,
send His one and only begotten, pure and perfect Son,
and lay upon Him the iniquity of all of us who were born imperfect...


and Jesus Christ, innocent of all - CHOSE TO:


come - leaving His perfect Kingdom home in Heaven,
walk humbly on this earth - in a fallen and sinful world,
be despised, rejected, mocked, oppressed and accused,
become aquainted with suffering and pain,
bear our griefs and carry our sorrows,
be wounded for our transgressions,
be bruised for our iniquities,
be chastised for our peace,
be striped for our healing,
surrender according to His Father's will,
be oppressed and afflicted,
remain silent,
be led as a lamb to the slaughter,
be cut off from the land of the living,
and experience complete separation from Father God...


It would be absolutely absurd to even think about thinking
that God in His sovereignty would CHOOSE NOT to do
ANY of that which has already been done!
